Month-of Wedding Coordination
Starting at $3,000

For when you just need a bit of extra support: I come in 2 months before your wedding day to coordinate with the vendors you've chosen and make sure everything is taken care of on your wedding day.

This Package Includes (but isn’t limited to):

Free consultation call

3-4 meetings starting 2 months out (including a month-out meeting and week-out meeting)

Unlimited phone calls and emails

A venue walk through
-
Access to my preferred vendor and venue recommendations (if needed)

Timelines & floorpans

Completion of paperwork for the relevant vendors

Organization and facilitation of the rehearsal dinner

Unlimited hours on the day of your wedding

Setting up of all décor not provided by another vendor (signage, favors, etc).

Coordination of the ceremony

Facilitation of the reception

Resolving any issues that might arise

Tearing down all décor after the event is over

Partial Wedding Planning
Starting at $4,500
For when you have some things handled but don't want to deal with all of the logistics: I will split the responsibilities with you based on whether you'd rather tackle practical vendors (catering, bar, etc) or design vendors (floral, stationer, etc.). You get to choose depending on which sounds easiest for you!
This package includes (but isn’t limited to):

Splitting responsibilities with by handling either the practical vendors or the design vendors for you

Providing my recommendations for whichever vendors you decide to handle

Unlimited phone calls and emails with me

Bi-Weekly meetings

Unlimited hours on wedding day

Everything included in the Month-of Coordinating package

Full Wedding Day Planning
Starting at $6,500 or 10% of your budget, whichever is greater

For when you already have a full plate & are overwhelmed by the wedding planning process: While I take care of all the nitty-gritty planning details, we work hand-in-hand to create the day you’ve always dreamed of!

Booking quality and compatible vendors to create your vision

Assistance in designing and décor choices

Scheduling meetings with vendors

Accompanying you to any and all meetings with vendors
